The Help Desk module is a powerful and easy to use help ticket system for DotNetNuke versions 3,4,5,6. With the help desk you can:
· Have end users register for your site and create and view their own help desk tickets
· Set users as administrators of the ticket system
· Administrators claim and manage tickets to resolution
· Tickets can be automatically assigned to administrators
· Assign users to organizations/companies
· Both administrators and ticket end users can contributes notes and status updates to the ticket
· A powerful search feature is provided to search the knowledgebase of past and current tickets
· Tickets can be assigned to an end user viewable knowledgebase.
· All text in the HelpDesk can be easily customized and localized using our powerful language editor.
This is your main menu, you can create and view the tickets that you created earlier with the help of this menu.
Create New Ticket
• Select Category
• Put in the description
• Attach files if needed
• Enter extra notes if applicable
• Press Submit
Shows all tickets
View Old Tickets
Shows only closed tickets
Modify Open Tickets
You can modify, view status or add notes to your open tickets with the help of this menu.
Search Knowledge Base
You can see all the closed tickets from this menu, even though if they are not created by you. With the help of the knowledge base you can find answers to the previously submitted tickets.
